Working alongside the CEO, I designed and implemented a data-driven business model optimized for automation, streamlined operations, and market expansion.
In product development, I led the end-to-end design, prototyping, and manufacturing process, personally creating every product using Blender and 3D modeling software. I spearheaded automated production workflows, integrating Raspberry Pi-driven systems and 3D-printed components, drastically improving efficiency while reducing overhead costs.
On the digital front, I conceptualized and launched a high-performance e-commerce ecosystem, prioritizing user experience, speed, and intuitive design. This included developing a customer-centric website and optimizing cross-platform engagement strategies, ensuring seamless product discovery and conversion.
